RCMA Makeup is committed to ensuring your professional kit is stocked with the highest quality products; however, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
